We are currently only shipping to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Australia. We are working on expanding elsewhere as soon as possible. If you would like to order the Krak'in outside of these areas, you can order from Amazon here.

If the payment was declined at checkout and you did not receive a confirmation email from us, then your order did not go through. Don't worry, it is normal for the charge to show up in your account as pending even if it didn't successfully go through. Please wait a couple hours then check back again and the charge should be lifted.
