Wild Man Drinking Company (“Company”) is not responsible for any damages, injury, bodily harm, illegal activity, or loss of life sustained before, during or after use of the Krak’in. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages under any theory of liability arising in any way out of the use of the Krak’in.

The Krak’in should not be used by individuals under the legal drinking age (“Minors”) to consume alcoholic beverages. The Krak’in should also not be used to consume alcohol during pregnancy or by individuals with specific medical conditions, taking certain medications, or with a history of alcohol abuse.
