Shipping Options
Currently we are only shipping to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Norway, and Australia. We currently offer the following shipping options:

* Shipping times are times in transit, not time from when the order is received. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. If an order contains multiple products, you may receive separate shipments. Please Note: Orders containing custom products (e.g. custom Krak'ins) or apparel products (e.g. T-shirts, flags, etc) are subject to additional lead time. These orders typically ship within 1 week from when the order is received. Larger custom Krak'in orders may be subject to additional lead time.
** Note: All orders shipped outside the United States are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). It is the customer's responsibility to pay all applicable customs/taxes/tariff charges. Please check with DHL and/or your local authorities to find out what these fees will be before ordering. We will not be able to offer a refund if you refuse to pay customs fees.
Shipping Delays
Please understand that the times given above are estimates only. Many shipping delays can occur that are outside of our control and we are not responsible for such delays. Please contact the carrier if you are concerned that your order may be delayed.
Lost/Damaged Shipments
Despite their best efforts, transportation carriers sometimes lose or damage products while in transit. Because we have no control over the carriers, or ability to prevent such loss or damage while our product is in their custody, the standard rates we charge assume no liability for products that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order appears to be lost in transit or says it is delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for instructions on how to file a claim for the loss or damage.
