FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE KRAK’IN 2.0

Wild Man Drinking Company (the "Warrantor"), whose address is 1500 Chestnut St., Suite 2 #2520, Philadelphia, PA 19102, warrants that the goods described in this warranty are free from defects in workmanship and materials.

WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product warranted under this warranty and to each transferee of the product during the term of the warranty (each, a "Consumer").

WHAT IS COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY

This warranty covers the Krak’in 2.0 (the "Product").

HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST

The term of this warranty begins on the date the product is purchased by the original purchaser and continues for the lifetime of the Product (when used as intended).

WHAT WILL THE WARRANTOR DO UNDER THIS WARRANTY

In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of the Product not caused by any misuse or damage to the Product while in the Consumer's possession, the Warrantor will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the Consumer, within 30 business days. The Warrantor can choose either to:

• Repair the Product.
• Replace the Product (including with a subsequent version of the Product at Warrantor’s discretion).
• Refund the purchase price.

However, the Warrantor will not elect refund unless it is unable to provide replacement and repair is not commercially practicable and cannot be made within the time for performance, or unless the consumer is willing to accept the refund.

If the Product still contains a defect or malfunction after a reasonable number of attempts by the Warrantor to remedy the defect or malfunction, the Consumer is entitled to either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the Product without charge.

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY'S EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident such as: dropping the Product from heights greater than 10 feet, dropping/placing objects greater than 10 pounds in weight on top of the Product, using the product with objects other than aluminum cans, or any other improper use or storage.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage of the Product, such as: scratches or the sharp tip of the Product dulling over time.

This warranty does not cover loss of the Product in the event that it is misplaced, stolen, or abandoned.

This warranty does not cover damage due to modifications, or unauthorized repairs to the Product. Any modifications or unauthorized repairs to the Product shall void this warranty.

FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO DAMAGES IN THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE PRICE. all incidental, collateral, consequential, punitive damages or losses, including lost profits, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

HOW CAN THE CONSUMER REQUEST SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

To obtain performance of any obligation under this warranty, the Consumer must email info@wildmandrinking.com and include the original order number (e.g #WM0001), email address, and recipient name associated with the Product and photo(s) or video(s) that clearly show the damage to the product.

WHAT CAN THE CONSUMER DO IN CASE OF A DISPUTE WITH THE WARRANTOR

The following informal dispute resolution procedure is available to the Consumer if Consumer believes that the Warrantor has not performed its obligations under this warranty: Consumer shall email info@wildmandrinking.com a written statement outlining in detail how Consumer believes Warrantor has not performed its obligations under this warranty. The parties shall then attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) business days. The Consumer must use this informal procedure before pursuing any legal remedy in the courts.

HOW DOES STATE LAW APPLY TO THIS WARRANTY

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
