Thank you for partnering with us to promote the Krak'in! This is Nick, the inventor of the Krak’in and founder of Wild Man Drinking.

I just wanted to pass along some tips and tricks that I’ve learned over the last 3 years of creating Krak’in videos to help increase your chances of success.

First, below is a tutorial I made showing how to use the Krak’in. I recommend watching this video and practicing once or twice before you film your first video so you can maximize your chances of driving sales and earning commission. Make sure to tilt the can downward before cracking in so that it doesn’t spray.


Next, here are some general tips and best practices for creating high-performing Krak’in videos:

  1. Keep videos short to help with retention (15-30 seconds max)
  2. Include a good hook. I recommend you show the Krak’in cracking into the can in the first 1-2 seconds of the video to grab people’s attention.
  3. End the video shortly after chugging. Your viewers will be curious to see what the Krak’in is for and how it works. If you keep the video going much longer after you finish demonstrating it, they may swipe away early and it could hurt retention.
  4. Be yourself and make your videos authentic. You don’t want them to seem like ads.
  5. Practice using the Krak’in once or twice before filming.
  6. Try making a few different kinds of videos over the span of a couple weeks. Our most successful affiliates post 2-3 times per week and earn thousands of dollars per month in commission.
Here are a couple ideas for types of content that have worked well in the past for others:
  1. Short Basic Demo (15-20 sec).
    General Script:
    • Start with the Krak’in cracking into the can as a hook.
    • Then talk briefly about the product (e.g. “I just got this new shotgun tool called the Krak’in. It’s supposed to make chugging canned drinks way faster and easier”).
    • Then chug. Feel free to jump cut through your chug if you aren’t very fast.
    • Say a couple quick words (e.g “that was awesome”, “check it out on the TikTok shop”) and end the video
  2. Tell a Story - this can be done in many different ways. The goal is to hook the viewer with the beginning of the story and get them to watch until the end to see how the story ends. Some examples:
    • Blindfold someone on camera and make them choose a random drink to chug with the Krak’in
    • Do a race with the Krak’in and slowest time needs to do an entertaining punishment in the video
    • Hide the Krak’in and a canned drink somewhere funny for someone to find and make them chug when they find it
  3. Incorporate the Krak’in into Your Regular Videos - this is probably the EASIEST way to consistently promote the Krak’in and drive views and sales over time. Whatever your niche and whatever types of content you make, you can take 3-5 seconds to throw in a quick Krak’in chug so you can tag the product. Our most successful affiliates have basically made the Krak’in part of their own brand. Their viewers expect it show up in most of their videos, not as an ad, but because they stand behind the product and enjoy using it. This creates trust and authenticity and ultimately leads to more sales and commission. Obviously only go this route if you genuinely love the product.
The above are just suggestions. I may have a lot of experience creating Krak’in videos, but only you know your audience best, so please use your best judgement.

In exchange for the free sample, you are only required to post one video. However, the more you post, the higher your chances of seeing success and earning a lot of commission. Our most successful affiliates post 2-3 times per week and earn thousands of dollars per month in commission. You may not see a lot of views and sales in your first video. That is okay! It took me over 10 tries before my first Krak’in video went viral. The important thing is to keep trying. I recommend posting a few different kinds of videos over the first couple weeks to start out. You’ll be able to see what style of video works best for your audience and then decide what is worth making more of.
